Living in Certers, exclusivity with privileged views to the Andorran valleys
Located in the northeast of the parish of Sant Julià de Lòria, the village of Certers , also written as Serters or Certés, is one of the smallest population centres in the Laurean parish. In this way, as with other parish towns of similar characteristics, such as Bixessarri, LLumeneres or Nagol, Certers is one of the less populated villages in Andorra, with only 80 inhabitants in 2017, according to the data of the Statistics Department of the Government of Andorra.
With an average altitude of around 1356 meters, Certers is a small mountain village that stands out above all because of an incredible natural environment and enviable views of the valleys of Andorra. In addition, leaving aside the claim that its obvious beauty implies, the village of Certers is a perfect place to reside in Andorra if what you are looking for is the maximum privacy and the comfort of a residential area with exclusive properties. In this sense, all the streets and common areas of Certers stand out for careful maintenance, with special care in the cleaning of the public thoroughfare and in the tasks of gardening of common spaces.
Geographically, despite being a village that a priori can be considered a rather isolated place, the village of Certers is very close to other population centers with similar characteristics, such as Llumeneres, Aixirivall or Bixessarri. Likewise, it is also located just over 10 minutes away from the centre of Sant Julià de Lòria.
