Living in Encamp, gateway to Grandvalira

Encamp is the first big city that can be found after leaving behind the central valley by the main road 2, towards France, thus entering the valley of the east. It is located at a height of 1238 meters and had a population estimated by the statistical department of the government of Andorra of 7,766 inhabitants in 2016.

Encamp is the gateway to Grandvalira, the largest ski resort in the Pyrenees, formed by what were once the ski resorts of Encamp, Pas de la Casa, Grau Roig, Canillo, El Tarter and Soldeu.
